Senior Software Engineer – Provider Onboarding (Remote)

About the role

Rula is building a brand‑new Provider Onboarding engineering domain to improve mental health care access. As a Senior Software Engineer you will architect and deliver product‑focused solutions for internal and external users, shaping tools for pricing, payments, client panels, and forms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable micro‑service and full‑stack solutions for provider onboarding workflows.
• Lead the creation of custom tools and integrate industry‑grade platforms to enhance pricing, payments, and form management.
• Mentor junior engineers, review architectures, and establish design patterns across the team.
• Own the full development lifecycle from planning and specification through launch, monitoring, and post‑release maintenance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year building healthcare‑related or similarly complex systems.
• Experience launching new projects or teams and working cross‑functionally with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive all phases of the development lifecycle and deliver sustainable results.
