Senior Software Engineer, Mobile

About the role

Rilla is building the leading sales coaching platform for offline sales teams and needs a dedicated mobile engineer to remove velocity bottlenecks. As the first fully dedicated mobile engineer you will own the mobile codebase and deliver a lightning‑fast, real‑time experience for field users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end mobile workflows at scale.
• Take full ownership of the mobile codebase, ensuring performance and reliability for billions of conversation events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate backend services and data pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong coding skills with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python or Rust.
• 3+ years of mobile engineering experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with storage, data processing systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to iterate quickly with teammates.
