Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Replicant is building AI‑powered conversation platforms for contact centers. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design and deliver full‑stack features that enable natural, human‑like interactions at enterprise scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship end‑to‑end features for AI voice and chat products that serve millions of daily conversations.
• Integrate speech recognition, text‑to‑speech and LLM improvements into the platform.
• Refactor, optimise and debug production systems, balancing latency, cost and user experience.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and monitor live production environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, AI or real‑time systems.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable, maintainable solutions for millions of users.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on impact over process.

Required skills

• TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python.
• Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud‑native deployment.
• Relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with metrics, logging and monitoring tools.
