Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Rilla is building AI‑driven sales coaching software that indexes real‑world conversations. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, ship, and own end‑to‑end features across the stack, helping billions of offline interactions become searchable data.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement full‑stack workflows from prototype to production at high velocity.
• Set coding standards and engineering patterns to scale a world‑class engineering culture.
• Collaborate closely with customers in the field to solve real‑world pain points.
• Build and maintain core infrastructure, storage, and data‑processing systems.

Required profile

• Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Proven engineering experience, preferably in fast‑moving start‑ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a bias toward rapid iteration.
• Comfortable working ~60 hours/week onsite with an ambitious team.
