Senior ServiceNow Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

About the role

RapDev is looking for a senior pre‑sales Solutions Engineer to join its ServiceNow sales team. You will work closely with sales, customers and technical staff to design, demonstrate and sell customized ServiceNow solutions that drive maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept demos that showcase ServiceNow at scale.
• Design and propose customized solutions leveraging ServiceNow products and RapDev services.
• Lead technical discussions, answer questions and provide guidance on features, integrations and best practices.
• Create technical content and collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a pre‑sales or technical sales role, preferably in software.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow solutions and strong understanding of use cases and value propositions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CMDB, Integration Hub, Automation Hub.
• Cloud Engineering / SRE concepts.
• Application development and SDLC knowledge.

• Base salary $130,000‑$180,000 plus uncapped commission.
