Senior Service Technician – Escena

About the role

The Senior Service Technician – Escena is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties in Las Vegas, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in accordance with safety standards, company policies and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch‑lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or building maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, follow safety protocols and comply with local building codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical or plumbing issues.
