Senior Sales Consultant – In‑Home Sales (Leads Provided)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior sales consultant to close home‑improvement sales in customers’ homes. The role focuses on delivering personalized consultations, addressing client needs, and finalizing sales with provided leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations, showcasing products and services.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations.
• Address customer concerns, answer product questions, and provide expert advice.
• Close sales deals on‑site, ensuring accurate paperwork and payment processing.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams for smooth service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in‑home or home‑improvement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
