About the role
Join the new Reiss store inside Macy's at Westfield Century City Mall on a full‑time basis. As a Senior Sales Associate you will deliver premium customer service and support the management team in meeting sales and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience.
- Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and its products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Team player with ability to work under pressure.
