About the role
Join Reiss as a Sales Associate in our Century City Bloomingdale's concession. You will deliver premium, tailored customer service while supporting the management team to meet sales and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to customers.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Team player able to work under pressure.
