Sales and Education Associate

About the role

The Sales and Education Associate supports Pixi’s boutique locations by delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and providing product education. You will work closely with store teams to ensure visual standards, loss‑prevention compliance, and seamless customer interactions both in‑store and through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales targets while maintaining a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Capture customer emails and promote ongoing engagement.
• Execute boutique opening/closing procedures and uphold brand visual standards.
• Follow loss‑prevention policies and monitor shrinkage.
• Conduct scheduled in‑store selling and education shifts, building relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors.
• Educate associates on Pixi product benefits, routines, and effective selling techniques.
• Support customers alongside store teams to increase conversion and basket size.
• Maintain merchandising standards, tester hygiene, and accurate signage.
• Document and escalate execution issues, submit visit recaps with photos within 24 hours.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, providing personalized recommendations and resolving issues.
