Senior Sales Analyst (Renovations) - Atlanta, GA

About the role

HD Supply is looking for a Senior Sales Analyst (Renovations) based in Atlanta, GA, to support its renovation clients with data analysis and insights. The role has a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and remote flexibility on Fridays, and candidates must live within comfortable driving distance of a local facility. The office is located at 3400 Cumberland Blvd SE, Atlanta.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and compile raw data from various sources, research industry trends and benchmarks, and normalize data into a centralized format.
• Analyze, report and compare data against industry and company benchmarks, determine trends and prepare cost analyses.
• Define data definitions, document data limitations and provide guidance on available data.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports with charts and graphs, mailing lists, maps and ad hoc requests, and make presentations.
• Provide recommendations based on findings and give input on policies and procedures.
• Participate in department and interdepartmental projects, which may include leading a team, training analysts and overseeing project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, typically with 5-8 years of experience, or a master's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex problems and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience collaborating across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT and leadership teams.

Required skills

• Data analysis and business insights, including identifying trends, forecasting and measuring performance.
• Technical expertise in Snowflake, SQL and Tableau; SAP and QuickBase preferred.
• Process improvement, automation and AI-enabled tools.
