Senior RPO Sales Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior RPO Sales Consultant to accelerate growth of its U.S. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. This remote position will focus on building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering consultative workforce solutions across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets in the U.S. RPO market.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Build trusted, multi‑level relationships and position Kelly as a long‑term workforce partner.
• Collaborate with client leads, delivery, and operations teams to design scalable RPO solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including global growth and new business units.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client workforce challenges and hiring goals.
• Prepare tailored proposals and executive‑level presentations that articulate value and outcomes.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements aligned with client needs and company policies.
• Represent Kelly at client meetings and industry events to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of enterprise or consultative sales experience.
• Proven success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in enterprise environments.
• Experience selling RPO, talent solutions, or workforce services is strongly preferred.
• Strategic, data‑driven mindset with ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
• Executive‑level communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
