Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

Rain, the world’s first AI Financial Health Platform, is seeking a senior Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will own the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue and help scale a high‑growth fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans, ensuring accurate calculations and audit trails.
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide real‑time insight into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends.
• Own the HubSpot instance end‑to‑end, managing architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement.
• Support administration of all GTM systems and continuously improve sales processes.
• Identify manual RevOps workflows and lead AI‑powered automation initiatives to boost GTM team output.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in a high‑growth SaaS or fintech environment.
• Hands‑on experience designing GTM compensation and understanding its impact on behavior.
• HubSpot admin‑level proficiency with experience integrating it across the GTM stack.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets fluency; SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus.
• Active use of AI tools to improve workflows and a curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
