Senior Revenue Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join a fast‑growing healthcare organization in Lafayette. Reporting directly to the Director, you will interact regularly with senior executives and enjoy a strong work‑life balance with a hybrid schedule (only two days on‑site).

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end revenue accounting processes, ensuring accurate billing and timely recognition.
• Perform month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze revenue trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Healthcare accounting experience at the corporate or hospital level.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue accounting.
