About the role

As a Senior Relationship Banker in Santander’s Consumer and Business Banking division, you will lead a portfolio of high‑value consumer and small‑business clients in Revere, MA. The role focuses on attracting new customers, deepening existing relationships, and delivering tailored banking solutions that meet clients’ financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value consumer and small‑business customers.
• Proactively engage clients through early‑engagement calls, regular outreach, and in‑branch interactions.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and promote Santander’s consumer and business banking products.
• Provide needs‑based recommendations and coordinate with product partners to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve overall branch performance targets.
• Utilize digital platforms to enhance customer interactions and promote self‑service options.
• Apply critical thinking and problem‑resolution skills to address client inquiries and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.

Required profile
