As a Branch Operations Manager at Santander in Revere, MA, you will ensure the branch runs smoothly, securely, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will lead risk‑control initiatives, oversee cash handling, and support team development while fostering a welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain efficient and secure branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee risk controls, including vault and ATM custodianship, cash counts, and accurate audit logs.
• Manage lobby flow, resolve customer issues promptly, and deliver personalized service.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Support the teller line with coaching, feedback, and transaction accuracy.
• Utilize data‑driven decision‑making to improve branch performance and operational efficiency.
• Help colleagues achieve development goals and, when needed, support nearby branch locations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in branch operations, banking, or a related field.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including cash handling, customer interaction, and compliance oversight.
