About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its technology practice in Albuquerque, NM. The recruiter sources and places IT candidates for clients, builds a steady pipeline of qualified talent, and develops new business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and review IT candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks and internal databases, and interview them by video, phone or in person on skills, work history and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future clients.
• Select well-matched candidates for client orders and keep in touch with IT professionals on contract assignments to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development, and maintain candidate relationships to gain industry knowledge, referrals and new business.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an IT-related field is preferred.
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting, with proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and persist in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
• Proven track record of success as a competitive, self-motivated individual.
