Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

The Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner (HRBP) will align talent acquisition and HR initiatives with the strategic goals of the assigned business units. Working on‑site in our Los Angeles office, you will partner with managers to deliver a seamless hiring experience and support employee development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create and edit job descriptions, and communicate recruitment strategies.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct background, reference, and employment verifications.
• Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance, coaching, and career development support to line managers.
• Identify training needs, deliver HR policy guidance, and assist with succession planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend improvements to policies and programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in recruiting and HR, preferably within fashion or consumer brands.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Word processing software.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruiting tools.
