Senior Recruiter (German & English Speaking) – Remote (Hungary)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who speaks German and English to join our international RPO team. The role is home‑office based in Hungary with occasional visits to the Budapest office, supporting a scientific‑instrument manufacturer across the EMEA and DACH regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate shared‑services, technical sales, R&D and engineering positions.
• Develop and continuously improve recruiting processes and best practices.
• Partner with hiring managers, conduct briefing calls, source candidates, screen applications and run telephone interviews.
• Coordinate hiring manager interviews, document selection decisions and handle offer and contract administration.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or RPO.
• Strong technical recruiting background, especially for software, scientific or precision‑engineering roles.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage projects and adapt quickly to change.
• Experience recruiting for global companies, ideally within the DACH or broader EMEA region.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
