About the role
Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project teams, manage schedules, resources, and ensure safe, high‑quality, and profitable project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews to fully understand scope, obligations, and risks.
- Maintain and communicate project status, including schedule, financials, risk, quality, and safety, to senior leadership and customers.
- Coordinate changes affecting scope, schedule, or budget with the project team.
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly cost forecast reports tracking estimated versus actual project costs.
- Develop and maintain a resource‑loaded schedule with manpower, key personnel assignments, and equipment/tooling requirements.
Required profile
- 8+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
- Wind/solar experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 50% or more.
