Senior Project Manager

About the role

Stein, a fast‑growing B2B marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its New York team. You will act as the central hub for a large, complex client account, ensuring that creative, strategy, production and operations teams deliver high‑quality B2B marketing programmes on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple B2B marketing programmes, from brief through launch and wrap‑up.
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams.
• Partner closely with Account, Strategy, Creative and Production teams to keep work moving and resolve risks early.
• Prepare and present status updates to internal stakeholders and manage scope changes with proper approvals.
• Maintain strong project governance, documentation, RAID logs and post‑project learnings.
• Track budgets, coordinate billing and vendor onboarding in partnership with Finance and Operations.
• Support resource planning and manage external partners or freelancers as needed.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of client‑facing project management experience in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex B2B marketing workstreams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong risk‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
