About the role

The Senior Creative Strategist will lead paid‑social creative strategy for fashion clients, turning data insights and brand research into high‑performing ad concepts. You will act quickly on winning results, troubleshoot under‑performing ads, and continuously test to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid‑social creative strategy for 6‑10 enterprise clients.
• Use performance data, consumer research and brand insights to design high‑impact creative assets.
• Collaborate with internal production, editors and client teams to execute and deliver ads.
• Maintain client communications, present performance reports and drive strategic discussions.
• Audit accounts, identify winning ads, develop hypotheses and build monthly testing roadmaps.
• Manage interns or junior team members and push back on scope or timeline when needed.

Required profile

• Self‑starter passionate about maximizing client success through creative strategy.
• Experienced presenter who tells data‑driven stories to clients and internal teams.
• Relentless tester who continuously iterates concepts to exceed performance goals.
• Problem‑solver with a growth mindset, able to troubleshoot creative under‑performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest advertising platforms.
• Ability to pull and analyze creative performance data.
• Strong copy‑writing and script‑writing capabilities for direct‑response ads.
• Familiarity with Asana for production workflow management.
