Digital Marketing & Operations Manager

About the role

Jackrabbit Technologies is seeking a senior individual contributor to own and optimize its digital marketing ecosystem. You will combine acquisition, conversion, and operations expertise to drive website performance, paid media, and marketing automation while collaborating across creative, content, sales, and RevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategy across website, organic, and paid channels, serving as the CMS and website roadmap owner.
• Lead SEO, technical SEO, and emerging AI‑driven discovery initiatives, partnering with content teams on keyword and topic opportunities.
• Own paid search, social, display, and retargeting strategy, managing audience targeting, conversion tracking, and spend optimization.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for HubSpot (or similar) CRM and marketing automation, configuring segmentation, workflows, and nurture programs.
• Design and maintain analytics dashboards (GA4 or comparable), attribution models, and reporting that connect digital activity to pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into optimization recommendations.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and willingness to travel up to 10% (near Charlotte) or 25% (elsewhere).
