Marketing Content & Event Manager

About the role

Advantage Design Group is seeking a highly organized marketer to own the details behind webinars, events, email and social campaigns. You will partner with the Director of Creative and Marketing to plan, launch and follow up on integrated campaigns that reach clients and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage webinars from scheduling and promotion through live execution, follow‑up and post‑event content.
• Coordinate conference and event logistics, including timelines, vendors, collateral, shipping, lead capture and follow‑up.
• Draft, build, quality‑check and schedule email campaigns and client‑facing communications.
• Maintain email calendars, audience lists, segments and marketing automation workflows.
• Create and coordinate social posts, event promotions, newsletter content and other campaign assets.
• Partner with staff writer and video team to develop SEO‑optimized content.
• Collaborate with Creative, Video, Web and Sales teams to keep assets and deadlines on track.
• Pull monthly marketing metrics and turn them into clear summaries for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred; alternatively 5+ years of progressive event/content marketing experience.
• Proven experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, webinars or similar events.
• Strong copywriting, editing, project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift event props and materials up to 25 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with webinar, event and social publishing tools.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
