Retail Promotions Manager

About the role

The Retail Promotions Manager will lead a field team of promoters to generate leads and increase local brand awareness for Mad City Windows & Baths. You will act as the public face of the company, driving face‑to‑face marketing initiatives across retail and event spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to drive lead generation and local awareness.
• Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate the promotion team.
• Attend weekly management meetings and provide reporting and ROI metrics.
• Represent Mad City as a confident, face‑to‑face communicator.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and weekend availability.
• Prior leadership experience and proven ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and work outdoors for 6‑8+ hours per day.

Required skills

• Face‑to‑face marketing or lead‑setting experience (canvassing or promoting).
• Leadership and team‑building capabilities.
