Strategy & Content Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded, analytically strong Strategy & Content Analytics Manager to support the growth of our Legal News business, including Law360, Law360 Pulse, MLex and Mealey’s. The role blends customer insight, market strategy, competitive analysis and go‑to‑market execution to turn research into actionable growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver customer, market and competitor research using surveys, interviews, business data and external sources.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify customer needs, purchasing criteria, market trends and growth opportunities.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies for new products, including target audiences, value propositions, positioning, launch plans and success metrics.
• Produce competitive assessments, business cases, investment and M&A proposals, and monitor implementation of initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in strategy, go‑to‑market planning, market research, product marketing, commercial analysis or consulting.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, capable of creating senior‑level reports and briefings.
• Project‑management experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
