Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale electrical construction projects in the Dallas market, focusing on data center and hospital builds. This site‑based leadership role oversees projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through completion, acting as the primary client point of contact.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance, coordinating with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Direct project teams, including project managers, engineers, and field personnel, and proactively address schedule, cost, and scope issues.
• Review contracts, change orders, subcontracts, and project documentation while driving quality, safety, and operational performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience, preferably on large commercial projects.
• Proven experience with data centers, hospitals, or other highly complex facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑relationship skills.
