Senior Project Manager, Creative Services

About the role

The Senior Project Manager, Creative Services leads the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across advertising, branding, print, digital, and retail channels. Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors, the role ensures projects meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Market teams to refine briefs for branding, advertising, and printed collateral.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and creative guidelines for all initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external creative relationships in partnership with the Director, Creative Services.
• Develop and maintain global branding guidelines.
• Lead status meetings and communicate updates on active and upcoming projects.
• Oversee digital creative projects such as websites, landing pages, email assets, and online advertising.
• Track project budgets, process invoices, forecast costs, and ensure financial compliance.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, and asset rights with Legal and Procurement.
• Maintain image licensing, talent usage rights, and contract compliance across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within creative or marketing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Expertise in budgetary control, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
