Senior Project Manager - AI Product Delivery and GTM Readiness

About the role

LookRoom AI, a US-based AI startup building an AI-powered personal assistant for digital wardrobes, is looking for an experienced, execution-driven Senior Project Manager to join its founding-stage team. The role turns the strategic roadmap into coordinated execution and measurable milestones, working closely with the founders and teams in Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Fashion/Styling and Marketing. It covers two workstreams: a market-ready MVP and US go-to-market readiness.

Key responsibilities

• MVP delivery: lead project coordination for the LookRoom Avatar Creation (3D avatars), Try-On Service (virtual try-on) and Suggestion System (outfit recommendations), tracking milestones, QA and integration.
• Translate product requirements into executable plans, set milestones and deadlines, and coordinate frontend, backend, AI/ML, DevOps and UI/UX teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, testing, bug resolution, release readiness, quality, risks and timelines.
• GTM readiness: coordinate product readiness, launch requirements, early-user onboarding, feedback collection, analytics readiness, launch deliverables, resource planning and contingency planning.
• Own end-to-end planning, sprint planning and Agile coordination, project documentation, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and coordination of distributed international teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, software or AI-driven products.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products or MVPs and managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches, and familiarity with SDLC and release management.
• Experience with AI/ML projects or technology integrations, and with international or distributed teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with engineers and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and hybrid approaches.
• Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion or similar project management tools.
• Highly valued: using AI tools for planning, task breakdown, reporting, risk identification and workflow automation (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude).
