Senior Program Analyst

About the role

The Senior Program Analyst provides advanced analytical and program management support for complex programs within CTC's Engineering and Manufacturing Division. Working remotely, you will lead program evaluations, manage deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of innovative projects for the U.S. Navy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of medium‑sized programs, developing schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data, creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for program inquiries, facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best‑practice development.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Support strategic planning by providing insights, preparing business cases, and contributing to long‑term roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
