Senior Product Marketing Manager - Teamwork Graph Adoption
Atlassian
Job description
About the role
Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead adoption of its core platform data and context capabilities (Teamwork Graph). You will own the end-to-end adoption journey, combining positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and enablement to drive activation and deeper engagement across customers. The role bridges technical and business audiences, helping developers, platform engineers and data teams integrate the platform while enabling product and business teams to realize measurable value. It is open to remote work in the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the adoption strategy, including positioning, go-to-market motions and cross-functional programs that drive onboarding, activation and ongoing usage.
- Translate complex platform, data and AI concepts into clear value propositions for engineers, architects, developers and business decision-makers.
- Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to run adoption programs such as technical documentation, getting-started guides, customer stories, webinars and in-product nudges.
- Work with Product and Engineering to reduce onboarding friction, and give Sales, Solution Engineering and Customer Success the tools, proof points and collateral they need.
- Use adoption signals, customer feedback and engagement analytics to measure impact and improve programs.
- Represent the platform in external forums, customer briefings, webinars and community channels.
Required profile
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, focused on platform, data, developer or infrastructure products.
- Proven track record of positioning, GTM and adoption programs that drove measurable activation and usage growth.
- Ability to market to both technical audiences and business stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Growth and field teams.
- Analytical mindset, comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities.
Required skills
- Strong technical acumen and fluency in data concepts, APIs and developer workflows.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing and communication skills.
- Preferred: developer marketing, developer relations or PLG experience; exposure to graph technologies, data platforms, semantic layers or enterprise AI; familiarity with the Atlassian suite; MBA or relevant degree.
What we offer
- Base pay ranges for new hires depending on location: Zone A $155,700-$203,275, Zone B $140,130-$182,948, Zone C $129,231-$168,718.
- Possible eligibility for benefits, bonuses, commissions and equity.
- Health and wellbeing resources and paid volunteer days.
