Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

A remote, full-time Digital Marketing Account Manager position with an Austin-based digital marketing agency that serves home services, medical and e-commerce clients. The agency focuses on SEO, PPC and custom web development and works as an extension of its clients' internal teams. You will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, bridging complex digital strategies with real business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing optimization
• Run regular calls, status updates and reporting sessions
• Partner with internal specialists so work stays on track and aligned with client KPIs
• Monitor performance data and surface actionable insights
• Educate clients on SEO and PPC fundamentals
• Maintain a minimum 95% retention rate and NPS scores of 8+
• Meet project deadlines through organization and cross-departmental collaboration

Required profile

• 2+ years in account management, client success or customer-facing roles
• 1+ year in a digital marketing agency
• Proven ability to pull, analyze and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Required skills

• SEO and paid media (PPC) fundamentals
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting and Meta Business Manager reporting
• CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress and/or Shopify

Nice to have

• Experience with home services clients (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling)
• Process documentation and storytelling flair
