Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for our AI‑driven fundraising product suite. You will act as the bridge between product, sales and marketing, translating complex AI capabilities into compelling messaging for advancement professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute GTM strategy for VEO, VPGO, VSO and Gift Agreement Platform from launch planning to ongoing positioning.
• Develop messaging, positioning and sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, objection‑handling frameworks) and lead training sessions.
• Create product marketing collateral such as one‑pagers, case studies, website copy and campaign assets.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and provide market insights to sales and leadership.
• Align cross‑functional teams on launches, roadmap communication and customer‑facing narrative.
• Establish a feedback loop from sales, support and customers to inform product positioning and roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience with ownership of messaging, positioning and sales enablement.
• Background in B2B software, preferably in a fast‑moving tech or startup environment.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability to convey complex product capabilities to non‑technical buyers.
• Proven track record of partnering closely with sales teams and delivering usable sales materials.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
