Senior Product Manager - Short Term Disability

About the role

EvolutionIQ builds AI that helps insurance claims teams handle claims more accurately, fairly and efficiently, and is part of CCC Intelligent Solutions. It is hiring a Senior Product Manager to build the next generation of AI-first products for its Short Term Disability (STD) product line, owning features and initiatives on the STD modules and helping execute a multi-year roadmap of workflows, synthesis, insights and decision guidance technologies for disability carrier customers.

Key responsibilities

• Work with data-science partners to quantify value and identify product opportunities
• Drive the roadmap and execution of AI-first products, and build and ship products that guide and augment human decision-making in STD claims
• Work with stakeholders at major insurance carriers to uncover problems, test concepts and drive business outcomes
• Present early product concepts to customers and use their feedback to decide what to build next
• Partner with customer success, sales and product marketing on go-to-market strategy
• Write code and build working prototypes alongside engineers, using AI coding tools
• Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses and kill criteria, and walk away from work that does not land

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS; seniority level depends on experience
• At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical (e.g. fintech, healthtech, legaltech, HCM)
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products and working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
• Product leadership on at least one product where AI was core to the value proposition, with daily use of AI tools
• Comfortable leading initiatives across product, engineering, data science and customer success

Required skills

• Ability to prototype, build and ship alongside engineers in AI coding environments
• Building compelling value propositions and ROI cases for enterprise buyers
• Hands-on experience with AI-first products and experimentation discipline
