Client Strategist

About the role

EvolutionIQ builds AI that helps insurance claims teams handle claims more accurately, fairly and efficiently. Its Client Strategy & Analytics team ensures new and existing clients get the most value from their investment, acting as a bridge between clients and the technology. The Client Strategist focuses on SaaS products and works with product and engineering to prototype new features such as reports, alerts and new metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients deploy EvolutionIQ into production through pilot strategy and client operations analysis.
• Run recurring client impact meetings and define how success is measured and communicated.
• Prototype new capabilities (reports, alerts, product features, metrics) and work with product and engineering to productize them.
• Provide consultative analytics and industry trend analysis to guide clients and inform product, engineering and sales.
• Partner with the Sales team as a product and solutions expert to acquire, educate and win new customers.

Required profile

• Deep experience in quantitative analytics, with hypothesis-led analyses and statistically sound conclusions.
• Strong synthesis and reporting, and the ability to communicate clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Background in business analytics, data analytics, data science, statistics, actuarial science, economics or engineering.

Required skills

• SQL (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.) for querying and analyzing data.
• Statistical analysis including linear regression, correlation, A/B tests, cohort and time series analysis.
• Dashboards in Tableau or Looker, and advanced spreadsheets.
• Presentation skills.
