Senior Product Manager – Provider Experience (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Provider Experience team, building tools that let therapists focus on patient care. You will drive AI‑powered workflow automation and real‑time clinical guidance, reporting to the Senior Director of Product (Provider).

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch AI‑driven features such as clinical note writing, client scheduling, and paperwork automation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to improve daily therapist workflows.
• Measure impact on therapist productivity and user retention, iterating based on data and feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SMB SaaS or productivity tools.
• Proven track record of simplifying complex, multi‑step workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, experiments, and qualitative insights for decision‑making.

Required skills

• Experience with AI/ML‑enabled product features.
• Background building SaaS products for time‑constrained professional users.
