Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own the commercial lifecycle of multiple payments products and premium features, driving them from idea through launch, adoption, and ongoing support. This role partners closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to define and deliver world‑class order‑to‑cash solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial success of assigned payments products, aligning roadmap to revenue, margin, and adoption targets.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear business justification.
• Act as the primary commercial voice across cross‑functional teams, synthesizing input into a compelling product strategy.
• Evaluate new ideas based on market demand, AI readiness, ROI, and long‑term customer value.
• Lead competitive analysis, market research, and go‑to‑market efforts for AI‑powered workflows.
• Engage with customers to validate roadmap, guide adoption, and build a continuous feedback loop.
• Monitor and report on product KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Mentor and coach other product managers and travel quarterly for onsite customer meetings.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of commercial and technical product ownership experience, preferably in financial, payment, or treasury domains.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable automation, cash application workflows, and B2B finance processes.
• Proven experience in go‑to‑market and launch strategy, with deep commercial acumen.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating complex needs into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional self‑starter, proactive, resourceful, and accountable.

Required skills

• AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), data classification models, and agent‑based automation.
• Product backlog management in fast‑paced, product‑centric environments.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities to align stakeholders.
