Senior Product Manager

About the role

Retell AI is building a modern CX platform powered by voice AI. As a Senior Product Manager you will own core product areas that enable millions of AI‑driven conversations, working closely with engineering, design, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes for voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI‑driven automation, defining strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Develop deep customer understanding through direct engagement, call transcript analysis, and support sessions.
• Write clear, outcome‑driven PRDs and align cross‑functional teams on scope, trade‑offs, and success criteria.
• Incorporate market and competitive insights into product strategy and prioritization.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions and with design to shape end‑to‑end user experiences.
• Drive cross‑functional execution, planning, sequencing, and tracking of product initiatives.
• Validate solutions early with prototypes, betas, and rapid iterations.
• Establish product rituals that keep the organization customer‑focused.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably building B2B, product‑led growth products.
• Comfortable in high‑velocity startup environments and thrives amid ambiguity.
• Customer‑obsessed with a habit of regularly talking to users and reviewing real usage.
• Strong cross‑functional collaborator with founder‑level ownership and bias toward action.
• Highly organized, execution‑oriented, and able to create clarity in messy, evolving spaces.

Required skills

• Experience with voice AI and real‑time audio/telephony workflows.
• Product management of AI‑driven automation and developer tools.
