Senior Compliance Manager

About the role

Retell AI is seeking its first Senior Compliance Manager to own and drive the security and compliance program across the organization. Reporting directly to the founder, you will work closely with Engineering and Sales to ensure compliance standards enable enterprise and healthcare deals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain an audit‑ready compliance program trusted by enterprise customers.
• Lead SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 initiatives end‑to‑end, including auditor coordination and GRC platform management.
• Respond to security questionnaires and RFPs promptly while keeping the trust center up to date.
• Own policy development, vendor risk assessments, training programs, and monitor regulatory changes affecting voice AI.
• Participate in enterprise sales calls to address security and compliance questions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, GRC, or security audit.
• Hands‑on ownership of at least one SOC 2 Type II audit.
• Background in a VC‑backed SaaS/AI company or Big 4/audit firm working on SOC 2 or ISO projects.
