Senior Product Manager II – Commercial P&C Insurance

About the role

The Senior Product Manager II will lead the Contributory Product Management organization for Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, shaping product strategy, roadmap, and execution while acting as the primary voice of the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for Commercial P&C insurance solutions.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to capture market trends, regulatory impacts, and evolving needs.
• Use data, KPIs, and market intelligence to prioritize opportunities and evaluate product performance.
• Lead product launch, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Own product development from strategy through release, translating business needs into requirements and guiding solution design.
• Mentor cross‑functional team members and represent the product organization to senior leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of product management experience with strong Commercial Property & Casualty insurance background.
• Proven success leading product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of carrier operations, underwriting workflows, risk assessment, and policy lifecycle processes.
• Experience working directly with insurance carriers, brokers, or agents to identify market opportunities.
• Ability to translate industry trends, regulatory considerations, and customer needs into actionable product strategies.
