Project Management Intern

About the role

The Business Transformation Office is creating a SharePoint Center of Excellence and needs an intern to design, develop, and maintain a SharePoint site that serves as a hub for customer migration programs. This role offers exposure to project management practices, stakeholder collaboration, and Microsoft collaboration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a SharePoint site supporting migration program management and communication.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements for site functionality, content, and reporting.
• Track and communicate project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Create dashboards, content pages, reports, and tools to improve visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage SharePoint and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve information accessibility.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Management, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, graduating May 2028.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and lifecycle concepts.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

What we offer

• Hourly compensation of $20.
• 10‑week, on‑site internship (May 24 – July 30 2027).
