Project Analyst Intern

About the role

The Project Analyst Intern will support the Enterprise Program Management Office by evaluating operational processes, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities. This 10‑week, on‑site internship offers hands‑on experience with cross‑functional initiatives, process optimization, and emerging AI opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes, tools, and challenges.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current‑state workflows, process maps, and business requirements.
• Support assessments of governance, reporting, knowledge management, and business continuity processes.
• Research AI and automation opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations, reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student expected to graduate May 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Analytics, MIS, Project Management, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience using data, research, or business analysis in academic or extracurricular projects.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
