Senior Product Manager II – ClinicalKey Nursing

Join Elsevier’s Nurse Readiness team to shape AI‑first digital tools that empower nurses across their careers. As a Senior Product Manager II you will lead the vision and delivery of key capabilities within the ClinicalKey Nursing workspace, connecting products into seamless healthcare experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Product and other leaders to define strategic vision based on customer research, analytics, and market insights.
• Create and execute a roadmap that unifies multiple nursing products into an intuitive, cohesive experience.
• Define platform capabilities such as navigation, discoverability, personalization, reporting, and overall usability.
• Prototype and validate cross‑product concepts quickly using customer feedback and AI‑assisted tools.
• Work with engineering and platform product managers to design architecture, including APIs, authentication, shared services, and modular UI components.
• Lead AI‑first, spec‑driven development by translating workflows and business objectives into clear product specifications.

Required profile

• Strategic, technically savvy product manager with experience building platform or ecosystem products.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple product teams and translate complex workflows into product strategy.
• Strong collaborator and communicator comfortable working with engineering, UX, and AI development teams.
