Senior Product Manager – ClinicalKey Nursing

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for ClinicalKey Nursing, you will shape AI‑first tools that enable nurses to deliver better care. You will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of key capabilities within Elsevier’s enterprise nursing workspace, connecting multiple products into a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Product and other leaders to define strategic vision based on customer research, analytics, and market insights.
• Create and execute a roadmap that unifies experiences across the nursing product portfolio.
• Define platform capabilities such as navigation, discoverability, personalization, reporting, and overall usability.
• Prototype and validate cross‑product concepts using customer feedback and AI‑assisted tools.
• Work with engineering and platform teams to design APIs, authentication, shared services, and modular UI components.
• Lead AI‑first, spec‑driven development by translating workflows and business objectives into clear product specifications.

Required profile

• Strategic, technically savvy product manager with experience building platform or ecosystem products.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple product teams and translate workflows into product strategy.
• Strong collaborator and communicator comfortable working with engineering, UX, and AI development teams.
