Senior Product Manager – Agent Products

About the role

Runway Creative is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI‑driven agent products. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and shaping to launch and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand creative and marketing workflows and translate insights into product direction.
• Conduct user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, and prompt experiments to shape new agent offerings.
• Build and maintain evaluation infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure agents improve with each release.
• Define scope ruthlessly to deliver high‑value features quickly and ship regular product updates.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing to create compelling launch narratives.

Required profile

• 8+ years in software, with direct ownership of AI or LLM‑powered products in a product management or engineering leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments and makes decisions with incomplete information.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience building and shipping agent‑based products.
• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for crafting arguments and launch stories.
