Senior Pricing Analyst – Revenue Growth Management

About the role

The Senior Pricing Analyst will independently manage pricing and promotion processes for the Wine & Spirits division, providing analytical support to Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Brand, and Finance teams. This role evaluates pricing effectiveness, promotional ROI, and profit performance, delivering actionable recommendations and developing tools to enhance data integrity and RGM capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate price and promotion changes in Vistaar, partnering with Sales, Finance, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain internal control procedures to ensure accurate pricing and promotion data.
• Design analytical tools and reporting to evaluate volume, revenue, and profit against KPIs.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑promotion effectiveness analyses and communicate strategic recommendations.
• Analyze PPM variances, identify root causes, and prepare stakeholder reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Predictive Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, finance, or sales analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Circana Unify.
• Familiarity with pricing and promotion management systems, preferably Vistaar.
