ramp · Remote (US)
Job description
About the role
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and needs a senior partner consultant to scale its system integrator (SI) implementation program. You will own the technical and programmatic delivery of SI partners, ensuring high‑quality implementations and expanding the partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, methodology, scope boundaries and performance management.
- Own partner readiness and technical enablement for Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and change management.
- Serve as the first‑line technical strategist for SI partners, resolving implementation questions, orchestrating specialist support and creating reusable playbooks.
- Establish delivery‑quality and performance systems with implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops and reporting on key metrics.
- Design the commercial and capacity model with fixed fees, milestone‑based payouts, accelerators and joint business planning.
- Lead program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems and geographies, setting readiness gates for complex offerings.
Required profile
- Significant senior‑level experience scaling implementation or partner‑delivery motions from pilot to repeatable multi‑partner execution.
- Background in a partner‑ecosystem‑dependent technology business such as ERP, accounting, finance operations, procurement or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ownership of implementation quality, scope control, partner certification and delivery governance.
- Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments and payout structures.
- Ability to build 0‑to‑1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem.
Required skills
- Technical fluency in ERP integrations, configuration, data migration and implementation design.
- Experience defining certification standards, quality controls and performance metrics for partner programs.
- Knowledge of commercial partner program design, including fee structures and milestone payouts.
What we offer
- Flexible PTO and centralized home‑office equipment ordering.
- Health, dental and vision insurance coverage (100% for employee, partial for dependents).
- 401(k) with employer match, fertility HRA, parental leave up to 16 weeks at 100% pay.
- Weekly coffee stipend, in‑office perks, relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF if needed.
- Global benefits for employees in Canada, UK and other regions.
