Senior Microsoft Platforms Developer

About the role

Competitive Range Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft Platforms Developer to support a Blanket Purchase Agreement delivering Enterprise Knowledge Management services to a U.S. Combatant Command at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document full‑stack web applications using C#.NET, Angular and React.
• Engineer modular architectures and integration adapters exposing REST or GraphQL services.
• Establish API standards for versioning, authentication, error handling and documentation.
• Implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, gated pull requests and change control.
• Design and manage structured data architectures, including SQL schema, indexing, stored procedures and ETL/ELT processes.
• Lead comprehensive QA covering unit, integration, performance, accessibility and security testing.
• Ensure accessibility compliance per Department of War guidance and maintain reusable UI/UX design systems.
• Develop low‑code/no‑code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate where appropriate.
• Produce developer documentation, runbooks and API references with unlimited Government data rights.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility (SSBI).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years full‑stack development experience, including at least 5 years with C#/.NET and substantial work with Angular or React.
• Proven experience designing and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and building integration adapters.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines in a controlled or accredited environment.
• Experience with relational database design and development on MS SQL Server.
