Senior Material Handler

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Senior Material Handler to lead the Warehouse team in Grapevine, TX. The role provides leadership for material handling operations, ensuring departmental goals are met while supporting safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor progress, adjust workflows, and support CSR’s and buyers as needed.
• Coordinate with import/export teams for Foreign Trade Zone compliance and ensure inter‑departmental staffing.
• Cross‑train staff and resolve transit location issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory control.
• US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. citizen, green‑card holder, or eligible).
• Ability to work onsite full‑time.

Required skills

• Safe operation of material handling equipment (forklift, cherry picker).
• Leadership and team motivation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
