Senior Manager/Director of Finance

About the role

Blooming Health is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director of Finance to build and lead its finance function as the company scales. The role will be based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast, with occasional travel to the NYC office.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and monthly reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Provide financial governance, support fundraising activities and prepare board materials.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate investments and drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Deep accounting expertise with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a fast‑growing technology or healthcare company.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience preparing board presentations and supporting fundraising rounds.
